Read MoreA good few weeks of painting. Finished the first stage of a project for a game, and am working on more than a few others.
I ordered a bunch of shelves for my storage room so i can put my terrain up properly. This will help to clear room so i can build some test tables for terrain (easier to build when you can place the terrain as you go), and easier to display my models.
Read MoreNo new models painted this week, am in a big terrain project that is half done so there will be a mssive update when done, but for now i have nothing done. but here is a bunch of last years models finally uploaded.
Read MoreCrazy month, we have had a full lockdown, and when that happens work goes crazy. Ive not painted much in the past month but focusing on painting some heavily converted models really well.
Read MoreCrazy couple of weeks, work is mental, quite a few late nights so not as much painting and we also did some actual social stuff.
I am barely at home this coming week so it will be a quiet week for painting. But I will be starting a new 20 Block this coming week.

If i can maintain a routine like this we will get through a bunch of stuff.
Read MoreI got back into the process this week, got a couple of models finished that i had started recently, and got work done on a variety of things. It was my first full week back at work and so my main focus was to getting things back on track work wise and getting my routine back down. all in all a successful week.

Read MoreSticking with the plan i set out for the year, here is the first proper update.
So i will probably do the images for this post over the week, as it takes ages to edit the pics.
This is the compilation of all the models so far this year (well since Christmas break). Means i have a head start on the year. Most weeks wont be this exciting, especially once i am back to work fully in a couple of weeks (though i am doing some work anyway, even did an impromptu meeting at wargaming yesterday).
Read MoreSo my plan got a bit derailed since last time, i was busy with work and getting ready for baby number 2. And then Baby number 2 arrived 4 weeks early on the 28th. Keira (is her name), spent the first two weeks in NICU with her mum so i was full time dad with my other daughter Mia, so painting was low. But i actually got a bit done when the nanny had her and when she slept and i was not at the hospital.
Read MoreAnd now on to the monsters. I had bought some specifically, i had some older bones models and during our campaign Bones 4 arrived, so i had a lot to paint. i also picked up models as we needed them, and from Northstar - the official models. it also gave me motivation to finish some half done models i had sitting there waiting.
the good news was that during the campaign, Citadel contrast was released, which made a massive difference, and i was able to blitz out a lot of models, probably painting more than 40 models in the 2 months after contrast came out, as compared to about 30 in the 4-5 months previously.
I also painted a lot of terrain, and heaps of the Mantic Terrain Crate stuff which i will post later.
so here we go, a lot of photos to come.
