Im getting ready for some games of 7TV by Crooked Dice on their Lurkers from the Deep Campaign. the Campaign has a series of games on various tables. So its a lot more terrain that i expected.
A review of the Na’Sain Shrine from Knights of Dice, what i thought of it, how it went together, how i painted it etc.
So its been a while, between lockdown and work exploding, but i have still been painting… and buying stuff.
I backed the original Terrain crate and have 95% of it painted, barring a few pieces that don’t fit my stuff or are too thin to be of any use (one major issue with terrain crate).
So when the 2nd one came up i backed it straight away, especially as it covers more genres than fantasy.
In the end I got one of each crate and 2 extra boxes of things i thought i wanted more of.
So continuing my plan to review all of the terrain i buy this is the next set.
Its the TT Combat bus stop set. Nice and cheap and very easy to assemble.
It comes with a large clear perspex back wall for the glass, which means it can be seen through, which i think adds a lot to it.
I have always liked TT Combats kits, i have heaps of them, almost all their residential houses, quite a few of the commercial buildings (including ruined versions) and some of the moonstone ones. i just started with their scifi stuff and the first one i got was the Comms Tower.
Annddd, it was a pig of a kit. i have assembled worse but nothing like this from TT Combat.
Quiet Week for me this week. So much work that i only got to paint a couple of times.
But am setting things up to get through a bunch of stuff.
A good week all round, i finished some terrain, and got a couple of models done and some more work on a couple of competition pieces, while also have a great work week, and celebrating my daughters birthday friday.
If i can maintain a routine like this we will get through a bunch of stuff.
The final part of the first WIPTW for the year. who would have though the biggest hassle of being on holiday was painting so much it takes forever to document.
Nearly there for the first big batch of painted models.
This collection is the Post apoc / zombie game models i painted a generic models.
I have finished the last core building for Scenario 2 of Lurkers from the Deep.
Took longer than i wanted but it came up well.
