WIPTW 2022 - Update 05 — Borthwick Family Site

A huge update this time, i got a bunch of terrain painted, so heaps of photos.

Ive had the past week off due to Easter and Anzac day, you can get 11 days off for 4 working days, which is very handy as often my days off still involve some work as people need me.

I played scenario 2 of Quarantine 37 and it was nearly as bloody as the first, though i managed to get off the table with some models this time.

WIPTW - Rules

Keep track of what i have painted
Can only buy half of what i have painted

Its hard to keep track of the rules due to the way kickstarters work, but in general if i can avoid buying models in general to half of what i painted, and just try to minimise damage with kickstarters i will be fine.

Painted this ‘week’:

As you can see a lot of stuff, though most of its terrain. but it was good to get it all done, as i now have a bunch ready for a laketown game. i got so much down as its all the wooden based pieces so they are painted, and washed and drybrushed the same. looks a bit uniform together, but mixed on a table with other stuff it will be fine.

As of this update i have finished the following models - 12,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,14,15,16,20,21.

And I have the following to go - 10,12,13,17,18,19,22,23

Back in the swing of things, only a few to go and ive been getting the next block prepped so thats a good sign.

Purchased and delivered:

Bought some more hobby stuff from Kapiti Hobbies, and got a job lot of Ironjaws off Facebook for half price and just sold the blood bowl team i did not need from the set. so that was a good deal and officially i have all the ironhaws i will need.

Working on:

Just finished assembling a bunch of terrain for the first scenario for 7tv Lurkers, now to paint them.

i have the monster fight club Ukraine model to paint and other than that am focusing to painting my 7tv lurkers models.
